2010 Texas "Blue Chip" Showcase

The Texas Soccer Club invites your team to apply for the opportunity to participate in the 10th Annual Texas “Blue Chip” Showcase to be held February 6th & 7th, 2010. This event will take place at Meyer Park and Burroughs Park in Spring (Houston), Texas and provides an outstanding opportunity for you to showcase your Senior, Junior, and Sophomore Players.
This showcase is limited to U15, U16, U17, & U18/19 Boys Teams. We will have coaches representing NCAA DIV I, II, III, & NAIA programs. Each College/University coach who attends the event will be provided with a player resume book detailing each player’s academic and athletic data.
Each team can choose to play a total of 2 or 3 - 80 minute exhibition matches. The exhibition format will allow players to perform in their normal role without the added pressure of trying to win the tournament. Pairings are formed with teams that are as equal in strength as possible so as to provide for competitive games and allow players the best opportunity to display their soccer skills. In order to comply with NCAA recruiting rules, points will be awarded for each game to determine a bracket winner, but no awards will be presented.
Registration fees of $500 (2 games) or $700 (3 games), along with a copy of your roster and the attached release form should be mailed by January 6th to:
